At Pacific Trail, we make authentic, functional, long-lasting outerwear that meets the needs of active men, women, and children. If your Pacific Trail garment fails under normal use, or due to a material or manufacturing defect, we are glad to repair or replace it at no charge to you.
Our warranty is limited to the original owner for one year from the date of purchase and requires proof-of-purchase. By law, garments must be cleaned before they can be returned for repair.
Please follow the washing instructions found on the garment label, then return the garment to a Pacific Trail retailer for immediate handling and disposition.
